Alexis R. Nadler, Au.D.
Dr. Nadler lives in Leipsic Ohio with her husband Tim. She has 3 adult children all who live in Ohio. Dr. Nadler graduated from Bowling Green State University with her bachelors in Speech and Hearing Science and with her Masters in Audiology. After working at a local hospital for several years, she enrolled in the University of Florida’s Distance Learning Program and obtained her Doctorate in Audiology in 2000. In 2004 she decided to open a private audiology practice and has been serving the needs of the hearing impaired population at The Hearing & Balance Center in Lima Ohio, with a branch in Leipsic Ohio, ever since. Dr. Nadler is on the board of directors for the Children’s Developmental Center in Lima as well as the Sertoma Hearing Aid Recipient (SHARP) program through the local Sertoma organization.
Emily McPheron, Au.D.
Dr. McPheron lives in Spencerville, OH with her husband and two children. She has been practicing audiology for over 15 years. Dr. McPheron obtained her Bachelors Degree in Speech and Hearing Science and Master’s Degree in Audiology from The Ohio State University and completed her fellowship year at the Dayton Veteran Affairs Medical Center. She began her career working with a Columbus area ENT physician group and obtained her Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University in 2007. Dr. McPheron and her family returned to her husband’s home town in 2012 where she was the Speech and Audiology manager at a local hospital until 2018 when she joined The Hearing and Balance Center family. Dr. McPheron is active in various professional and community associations. She currently serves on the Spencerville Athletic Youth Association Board and the Lima Noon Sertoma SHARP committee.
Judy is from Bluffton and still lives in the country outside of her hometown. She has been married to Greg for 38 years and they have 2 sons and 6 grandchildren. Previously she was a cosmetologist and moved on to the medical field. She will be with The Hearing & Balance Center 8 years in July.
Ashley lives in Grover Hill but is originally from Leipsic. She is married to her husband Aaron and they have a German Shepard puppy named Shadow. Before coming to work at The Hearing & Balance Center, Ashley worked at the Viking Korner and the Putnam County Farm Bureau.
Mary J. Wilges
Mary is originally from Wapakoneta and currently lives in Lima. She is married to her husband Joe, with 1 son and 3 step-daughters. She is retired from the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. Mary has also worked at Wal-Mart Pharmacy in Wapakoneta and Lima Memorial Hospital prior to coming to The Hearing & Balance Center.
